Salary: $78,200 – $125,100

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, system-level repairs, installations, and acceptance testing of Defense and Aerospace Test Systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and field teams via on-site visits, phone, or email.
• Interface with internal support teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Identify and escalate critical issues while recommending product improvements for better performance.
• Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of test or product service engineering experience.
• Must be able to maintain secure clearance and comply with ITAR restrictions.
• Ability to travel 75%+ of the time, often on short notice.
• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience with C, C++, or Visual Basic 5 (preferred).
• Proficiency with Siemens PLC programming, TIA portal, and Step 7 (preferred).
