Salary: $78,200 – $125,100

What you will do

• Travel to customer sites for preventive maintenance, system installations, and acceptance testing of Defense and Aerospace Test Systems.
• Provide technical support via on-site visits, phone, or email.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to meet customer commitments.
• Identify and escalate critical issues while recommending product improvements to increase up-time.
• Participate in productivity improvement and cost reduction programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of test or product service engineering experience.
• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee (ITAR restriction).
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 75%+ of the time, often on short notice.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain a secure clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other ATE platforms.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Visual Basic 5.
• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Siemens PLC programming, TIA portal, and Step 7.
