What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of HOA communities, serving as the primary liaison between Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Facilitate Board meetings, including the preparation of agendas, board packets, and management reports.
• Oversee budgets, conduct financial reviews, and manage reserve projects.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
• Manage homeowner inquiries and implement client retention initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HOA or community association management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations, governance, and financial management.
• CMCA certification required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships with Boards.
