What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of HOA communities, serving as the primary liaison between Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
- Facilitate Board meetings, including the preparation of agendas, board packets, and management reports.
- Oversee budgets, conduct financial reviews, and manage reserve projects.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
- Manage homeowner inquiries and implement client retention initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HOA or community association management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HOA operations, governance, and financial management.
- CMCA certification required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships with Boards.

- AMS or PCAM certifications.
