What you will do

• Lead daily operations across Atlanta and Fort Mill clinics and two national mobile units.
• Manage and develop clinic staff, including Radiology Technologists and Patient Liaison teams.
• Drive performance metrics related to safety, quality of care, patient experience, and clinic economics.
• Optimize staffing models, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical quality standards across all fixed and mobile sites.
• Coordinate mobile clinic logistics, including site readiness, vendor management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare with 2+ years in a management role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, trends, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with an owner mindset and ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with outpatient imaging or radiology.
• Active MRI Technologist certification.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management.
