Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do
- Lead daily operations across Atlanta and Fort Mill clinics and two national mobile units.
- Manage and develop clinic staff, including Radiology Technologists and Patient Liaison teams.
- Drive performance metrics related to safety, quality of care, patient experience, and clinic economics.
- Optimize staffing models, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical quality standards across all fixed and mobile sites.
- Coordinate mobile clinic logistics, including site readiness, vendor management, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare with 2+ years in a management role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with an owner mindset and ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with outpatient imaging or radiology.
- Active MRI Technologist certification.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management.
