What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, including patient admission, medication delivery, and chart preparation.
• Supervise and mentor treatment center team members to achieve annual goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agency regulations.
• Manage revenue collection, budgeted expenditures, and staffing levels.
• Handle urgent issues and patient grievances to maintain high standards of care.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and execute comprehensive training programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related human services field, active substance abuse licensure, or RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment.
• Significant experience in operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
