TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Denver and able to travel weekly between sites

What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance activities and capital projects.
  • Monitor financial reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead strategic leasing and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives.
  • Train and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to foster professional development.
  • Cultivate an ownership mindset among staff to promote accountability and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management, including regional or multi-site oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with on-site staff.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Must thrive in a hands-on, field-based environment with significant time spent on-site.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel weekly between sites.

Nice to have

  • CAM or CAP certification.
  • Post-secondary education.
