What you will do

  • Lead the regional marketing strategy for IBERIA and Italy to drive full-funnel pipeline growth via digital, partner, and event channels.
  • Partner with regional Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management leaders to align on GTM priorities and revenue goals.
  • Translate global campaigns, messaging, and product launches into locally relevant programs for the IBERIA and Italian markets.
  • Analyze market insights and competitive intelligence to optimize regional investment and strategy.
  • Execute partner marketing initiatives with priority channel and alliance partners to generate leads.
  • Manage reporting for regional marketing performance, focusing on initiative ROI and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of the IBERIA market with a track record of marketing to SMBs.
  • Native proficiency in Spanish and fluent proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar marketing and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work from the Madrid office several days per week.
