What you will do

  • Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients in Benelux.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls to assess workforce management needs and position solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to provide lead insights and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Utilize SPIN and MEDDPICC methodologies learned at the hirify.global Sales Academy.
  • Follow a structured growth path toward becoming an Associate Account Executive within 18 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training.
  • Native or near-native Dutch and fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience living and/or working in the Benelux region.
  • Hunter mentality, persistence, and confidence in outbound phone sales.
  • Willingness to relocate to Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and social selling tools.
