Salary: $25.42–$34.52 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first-level technical support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and update work tickets within the ticketing system to track and resolve technical problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, peripherals, and system software.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of database and spreadsheet applications for organizational needs.
• Conduct training programs and prepare support documentation for new or revised software applications.
• Interface with vendors to coordinate software and hardware requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in IT support.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and kneeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Moses Lake, WA.
