What you will do
- Manage user access and identity systems using Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
- Provide on-site technical support at the San Diego office and support global employees via remote systems.
- Deploy and maintain IT hardware, including Windows and macOS devices and mobile devices.
- Support audio/visual systems and conference room technology.
- Perform triage and prioritization of support requests using Jira Service Management.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure consistent global support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting operating systems and application suites in Windows and macOS environments.
- Must be based on-site in San Diego, CA.
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician capable of solving advanced technical problems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
