What you will do

• Prepare and process billing for corporate and individual clients related to service fees.
• Generate and distribute client and corporate statements of account.
• Post daily cash receipts in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and reconcile balances accurately.
• Engage with corporate clients to support timely collection of past-due accounts.
• Respond to billing-related inquiries from clients and employees in a professional manner.
• Contribute to billing-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
