What you will do

• Address inquiries regarding fees and the Fee System from clearing firms, members, and internal departments in a timely manner.
• Conduct data analysis and collaborate with technology departments to troubleshoot fee issues.
• Maintain key controls to ensure strict SOX compliance.
• Implement, test, and validate new product and fee changes.
• Perform monthly reporting and analysis to monitor the reasonableness of fees.
• Provide training and support to internal and external customers regarding fee schedules and policies.

Requirements

• Experience using business and financial tools such as Workday, Hyperion, or Business Objects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detailed knowledge of exchange fee structures and data analysis.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
