What you will do
- Take full ownership of designated customer accounts throughout the entire AR cycle from invoicing to cash receipt.
- Pursue outstanding balances, address payment discrepancies, and resolve unapplied cash issues.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Operations, and Accounting teams to troubleshoot account concerns.
- Generate and analyze AR aging reports and support month-end receivables activities.
- Act as the escalation resource for complex or sensitive customer account situations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing AR processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on accounts receivable and collections experience.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers to build relationships and handle billing disagreements.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in aging reports, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of an ERP platform such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
