What you will do

• Take full ownership of designated customer accounts throughout the entire AR cycle from invoicing to cash receipt.
• Pursue outstanding balances, address payment discrepancies, and resolve unapplied cash issues.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Operations, and Accounting teams to troubleshoot account concerns.
• Generate and analyze AR aging reports and support month-end receivables activities.
• Act as the escalation resource for complex or sensitive customer account situations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing AR processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers to build relationships and handle billing disagreements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in aging reports, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of an ERP platform such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
