TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Mobile): Leading the mobile experience modernization for Service Fusion's field service management platform with an accent on offline-first workflows and technician productivity. Focus on rebuilding the Field Worker App on React Native, integrating payments, and leveraging AI to optimize field workflows.

Location: Must be based in Canada. Ideally located in the Greater Toronto Area; occasional travel to Toronto or Denver may be required.

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Service Fusion mobile experience.
  • Lead the rebuild of the Field Worker App using React Native with offline-first capabilities.
  • Conduct customer discovery and usability testing with technicians, dispatchers, and business owners.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to launch high-impact capabilities like integrated payments and job management.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work for service professionals.
  • Monitor post-launch performance across adoption, retention, and reliability metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or mobile applications.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (adoption, retention, engagement).
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and GTM.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate product discovery and synthesis.

Nice to have

  • Experience in field service management or technician workflows (trades, construction).
  • Knowledge of offline-first mobile experiences and sync workflows.
  • Experience with FinTech, payments, and invoicing.
  • Experience managing both iOS and Android product experiences.
