What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for business banking initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze business banking products, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data scientists, and stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.
• Use qualitative research, analytics, and financial modeling to inform product decisions and measure success.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and delivering successful digital products and owning complex cross-functional programs.
• Background in small business, B2B, or financial services (business banking experience is a strong advantage).
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on architecture, systems design, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience leveraging customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to improve outcomes.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a perspective on enhancing product management workflows.
