What you will do

• Evaluate in-house composition platforms and vendor CCM solutions to identify gaps and redundancies.
• Develop financial models and strategic recommendations for build vs. buy vs. enhance decisions.
• Define the target-state architecture and a prioritized roadmap for CCM capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure delivery.
• Partner with enterprise clients to align solutions with regulatory requirements and workflow needs.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in product management or platform leadership.
• Proven track record of vendor rationalization with measurable cost and efficiency outcomes.
• Deep understanding of CCM, document generation, or omnichannel delivery platforms.
• Experience in retirement, insurance, or wealth management within highly regulated environments.
• Ability to create complex financial models for executive-level presentations.
• Must be based in Canada (Ontario).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with dynamic composition platforms.
• Experience with recordkeeping systems or plan administration.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation in content generation or QA.
