Salary: $26.50 - $31.50 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with the Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive production line flow.
• Train employees and conduct quality audits to maintain high standards.
• Resolve production errors and manage associate relations on the manufacturing floor.
• Monitor and ensure that daily and monthly KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain facility housekeeping and ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to Obetz, Ohio.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and optical management software.
• Strong statistical skills, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
