Location: Onsite in Irvine, California, United States. Regular and predictable on-site attendance required. Rotating shift: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday, Saturday 5:30pm-5:30am.

Salary Range: $30.24 - $36.29 (hourly)

• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team for improving productivity and quality.
• Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes, output, labor costs, materials, overhead, and finished goods quality.
• Guide the team in interpreting processes and policies, and assist in developing efficiencies or improvements.
• Participate in implementing changes to improve financial performance and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required; Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience required.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Irvine, CA.
• Ability to work non-standard rotating shift (Wed-Sat, 5:30pm-5:30am).
• Working knowledge of technical field; follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; frequent use of hands, reaching, standing, walking.
