What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to schedules and quality specifications.
• Manage, train, and motivate production workers to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Monitor processes to maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and provide safety training to staff.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events, to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Track raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement for timely availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fairport, NY.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
