Location: Onsite in Irvine, California, United States. Regular and predictable on-site attendance required. Non-standard schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays, 5:30pm-5:30am

Salary: $30.24 - $36.29 (hourly)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team for improving productivity and quality.
• Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes, output, labor costs, raw materials, overhead, and finished goods quality.
• Guide the team in interpreting processes and policies, and assist in developing efficiencies or improvements.
• Participate in implementing changes to enhance financial performance and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required; Associate's or technical degree preferred
• 2-4 years related experience required
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Irvine, CA
• Ability to work non-standard schedule (night shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays, 5:30pm-5:30am)
• Working knowledge of technical field; follows established procedures.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; stand, walk, use hands, reach.
