What you will do

• Organize and prioritize MIST production tasks and maintain efficient work schedules to meet output goals.
• Train and develop team members on processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Lead process optimization initiatives using Lean principles to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements including FDA and ISO standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, process documentation, and quality control logs.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
