Salary: $86,112 - $100,000 annual plus shift differential and annual bonus

What you will do
- Coordinate training, mentoring, and professional development for staff, including conducting performance appraisals.
- Manage daily activities, workflow, and scheduling for operations staff to meet production volumes.
- Analyze and streamline operational processes to increase efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve problems and maintain schedules.
- Oversee and account for budgets and goals for one or more departments.
- Manage the hiring process, including interviewing candidates and making employment decisions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Late Week Night (Wed-Fri, alternating Sat, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
