Product Manager II (Fintech)

Location: In-office Monday–Friday in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Chicago, Wilmington, Cleveland, or New York, United States

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Develop and improve debit card and related financial products, features, pricing, promotions, and rollout plans.
• Build customer segmentation frameworks and analyze behavior across credit card, debit card, and deposit products.
• Develop engagement metrics, attribution analysis, and customer-level profitability analysis.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, digital channel, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategy and customer definitions.
• Develop performance-monitoring dashboards and analyze product, financial, customer experience, technology, and market results.
• Support risk management, compliance, audit, and operational issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience, typically with a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• Experience with data mining and analysis using Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Knowledge of product management, product development, business strategy, and customer solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the office Monday–Friday at one of the specified United States locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
