Sr. Manager, Digital Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; onsite four days per week

Salary: $129,000–$172,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for API capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to externalize Schwab Advisor Center capabilities and automate advisor workflows on third-party platforms.
• Lead product discovery and validation with business partners, fintech providers, and registered investment advisors.
• Partner with engineering and scrum teams to deliver scalable, secure, resilient API platform capabilities and manage validation and testing.
• Define product metrics, adoption frameworks, dashboards, and roadmap reporting.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning, product documentation, API overviews, and developer portal hosting.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must work onsite four days per week in Westlake, Texas.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management.
• Hands-on experience defining API requirements, supporting integrations, or delivering API-oriented products.
• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and driving sprint execution in an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication abilities.
