Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $115,000–$155,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the payments product roadmap across real-time payments, banking options, compliance interactions, data integration, and frontend experiences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, fintech providers, and third-party partners to develop compliant payment and banking capabilities.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, KPIs, priorities, and trade-offs across product, design, engineering, and business teams.
• Research payment technologies and B2B marketplace patterns to identify new product opportunities.
• Launch payment capabilities with account management, business development, and marketing teams and drive customer adoption.
• Embed payment solutions into checkout, banking, liquidity, and internal systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on digital payments and/or banking products.
• Experience managing fintech ecosystems with multiple third-party payments and banking partners.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and financial data products for bank account onboarding, payments, credit, and related financial services.
• Strong understanding of B2B software, embedded finance, customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and product research.
• Experience coordinating requirements across stakeholders, banking and technology partners, and development teams.
• Ability to define opportunities, analyze data, establish facts, and make evidence-based product decisions.
