What you will do

• Run the sprint operating model for the design and execution of GTM programs.
• Manage a telemetry scoreboard to translate product-usage signals into account targeting and trigger logic.
• Maintain and productize scaled GTM assets, such as the Business Value Calculator and Use Case Library.
• Coordinate the cross-functional play calendar across Sales, Success, RevOps, and Product teams.
• Partner with RevOps and Data teams to integrate programs into delivery surfaces like Salesforce, Slack, and Outreach.
• Lead and coach a team spanning scaled customer programs, GTM automation, and technical account management.

Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM operations, RevOps, or program management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Direct people-management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and warehouse data for building dashboards and analyzing telemetry.
• Fluency with the modern GTM toolchain, specifically Salesforce.
• Demonstrated discipline in running sprints or an agile-style program rhythm.
• Must be legally employable in the US or UK.

• Experience building internal tooling or custom apps.
• Ownership of scaled enablement assets or content libraries with adoption metrics.
• Experience with post-sale, expansion, or retention motions.
• Familiarity with value-engineering or business-value frameworks.
