Manager, PMO (SaaS): Owning the methodology, tooling, and accountability frameworks for enterprise customer implementations with an accent on standardizing delivery across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Focus on designing escalation frameworks, driving PS infrastructure, and leading post-implementation root cause analysis to improve time-to-value.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY). Hybrid work schedules available in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, and Raleigh.

Salary: $145,000 – $181,000 base salary range.

What you will do

• Define and govern the implementation framework, including phases, milestones, and sign-off standards.
• Maintain a real-time portfolio view of active implementations, health scores, and risk flags.
• Design and enforce a tiered escalation model to ensure at-risk accounts are managed effectively.
• Lead the post-implementation RCA program to identify trends and improve delivery playbooks.
• Own the configuration and adoption of PS tooling, including Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific implementation playbooks for service, construction, and ERP-integrated accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Professional Services, Customer Success, or Implementation leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Direct experience building or owning a PMO or delivery methodology function.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations involving ERP or accounting integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and present portfolio health dashboards.
• Experience designing escalation frameworks and churn intervention playbooks.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in a supported state.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Gainsight or CS health-scoring platforms.
• Background in RCA methodologies like 5 Whys, FMEA, or Fishbone.
• Prior experience scaling a PS team from 10 to 30+ members.
