What you will do

• Design and drive transformational programs for revenue planning and compensation models to support growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of annual and quarterly go-to-market planning processes.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.
• Develop and operationalize frameworks for market segmentation, coverage, resource models, and headcount.
• Define target setting, quota methodologies, and sales compensation design.
• Synthesize complex problems into recommendations for executive decision-making and build governance mechanisms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience supporting long-range planning, budget planning, and quota setting.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority.
