Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Midwest territory.
  • Identify and qualify a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Close business to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Establish trusted relationships with executive leadership, IT managers, and developers.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Chicago area.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience with enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting and overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and execute account plans to close net new logo opportunities.
  • Consultative, value-based approach to selling open source software (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for complex solutions.
