TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS): Driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for the EMEA GTM organization with an accent on process optimization, revenue tech stack management, and data-driven insights. Location: Remote (Europe) or hybrid from Berlin, Munich, Aalborg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, Kolding, or Amsterdam. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

  • Partner with EMEA GTM leadership as a strategic advisor to improve operational efficiency and align initiatives with business priorities.
  • Optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Manage and improve the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and Qualified.
  • Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and data models to support forecasting and executive business reviews.
  • Optimize GTM execution through improved lead routing, territory management, and account assignments.
  • Champion CRM data quality and governance by establishing best practices for data hygiene and enrichment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience with Clari.
  • Strong analytical skills for building scalable reporting and data models.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesloft, Qualified, or Ample market platforms.
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
