What you will do
- Partner with EMEA GTM leadership as a strategic advisor to improve operational efficiency and align initiatives with business priorities.
- Optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Manage and improve the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and Qualified.
- Develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and data models to support forecasting and executive business reviews.
- Optimize GTM execution through improved lead routing, territory management, and account assignments.
- Champion CRM data quality and governance by establishing best practices for data hygiene and enrichment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience with Clari.
- Strong analytical skills for building scalable reporting and data models.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesloft, Qualified, or Ample market platforms.
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
