TL;DR

Partner Manager (B2B Tech Sales): Driving hirify.global’s product and service sales through strategic partner engagement and relationship management in the NYC region with an accent on joint business planning and sales activations. Focus on increasing partner preference for hirify.global solutions and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to maximize joint sales opportunities.

Location: Must reside in the greater NYC area and be able to go into the NYC office 1-2 times a week

Salary: $253,300 - $327,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners to align hirify.global solutions with their business needs.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales growth and increase partner commitment.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to maximize joint sales opportunities.
  • Launch sales and marketing initiatives to promote lead generation and strengthen partner preference.
  • Manage partner concerns and navigate complex conversations professionally.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in a B2B technology sales role.
  • Recent experience working within a VAR, reseller, or partner environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the B2B tech space.
  • Must reside in the greater NYC area.
  • Ability to travel for partner events and office hours.
