What you will do

  • Develop and execute business plans with assigned national and regional channel partners to increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners including VARs, Solution Providers, and Systems Integrators.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual booking targets by jointly identifying and closing enterprise opportunities with partner sales teams.
  • Train and enable partner sales and technical teams on hirify.global solutions and ensure required certifications are met.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to develop key account strategies.
  • Manage joint marketing plans using MDF to execute campaigns and coordinate participation in trade shows and webinars.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise technology channel sales.
  • Proven track record of selling through VARs, Solution Providers, Systems Integrators, or Distribution.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise storage, backup, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or data center technologies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
