TL;DR

Sales Manager (AI/Fintech): Leading and coaching a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth for an AI-native revenue platform with an accent on pipeline management and deal strategy. Focus on building sales excellence, recruiting top AE talent, and scaling the go-to-market motion in an early-stage environment.

Location: On-site in New York City (Soho office, 5 days a week)

Compensation: OTE $230K – $315K

hirify.global is an AI-native revenue platform automating the contract-to-cash lifecycle for modern finance and accounting teams.

What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Run regular pipeline reviews and forecasting to drive strong deal execution and accurate projections.
  • Partner with AEs on deal strategy, discovery, and positioning to move complex opportunities forward.
  • Establish and reinforce strong sales fundamentals, including methodology and consistent execution.
  • Attract, hire, and ramp top AE talent to build a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Marketing to sharpen messaging and the sales motion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City (On-site 5 days a week).
  • 2+ years of sales management experience leading B2B sales teams.
  • Strong background as an Account Executive, ideally at a high-growth or early-stage startup.
  • Proven ability to hire and ramp AEs, with an existing network of strong representatives.
  • Experience with a structured sales methodology and the discipline to coach it consistently.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Finance or Accounting leaders.
