Senior People Business Partner

Location: Madrid Office; hybrid

Salary: €70K–€90K estimated base salary per year; equity and bonus offered

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and teams across G&A, Sales, and Engineering to apply global People and talent strategies in the EMEA context.
• Advise on multi-country European and Middle Eastern employment environments, including benefits, contracts, local practices, and regional nuances.
• Own performance management, investigations, and complex employee relations matters from diagnosis through resolution, working with Legal and local counsel when needed.
• Build and improve People programs including performance management, onboarding, manager enablement, talent reviews, succession, engagement, and leadership development.
• Establish processes and infrastructure for onboarding, employee lifecycle management, new locations, employment models, and other operational needs.
• Coordinate People Operations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and regional stakeholders to turn strategy into execution.

Requirements

• Significant HRBP experience in a genuinely multi-country European and Middle East environment.
• Broad knowledge of European and Middle East employment practices and experience handling complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting multiple functions, ideally including Sales, G&A, and technical organizations, in a matrixed global company.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change.
• Experience building processes in organizations where ownership and operating models were still evolving.
• Strong execution, judgment, cross-functional collaboration, independent working, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
