What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of product designers, providing feedback and inspiring creativity.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders to ensure high business and user impact.
• Validate concepts and experience paradigms through data analysis, feedback, and usability testing.
• Champion the implementation of global design systems and pattern libraries.
• Optimize agile processes to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the DMart product vision and strategy for Q-Commerce success.

Requirements

• BA in UX-related field (HCI, Product Design, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a UX/Interaction Designer, with 5+ years leading teams of senior designers.
• Proven expertise in designing and shipping B2B and B2C web and mobile applications.
• Mastery of design tools, specifically Figma.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
