What you will do

• Own the full feature lifecycle from initial customer conversations to production deployment.
• Write product specifications and manage ticketing workflows in a PM-less environment.
• Design and maintain the component library and design patterns to accelerate development.
• Pair closely with engineers from prototyping to PR review and production verification.
• Build AI-powered agentic workflows and intelligent evidence collection interfaces.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS desktop applications at a Staff or Principal level.
• Experience as a sole or primary designer in companies with fewer than 50 employees.
• Proven expertise in designing dense interfaces, including complex tables, filters, and permission systems.
• Fluent English proficiency for documentation and team communication.
• Advanced skill in Figma and experience utilizing LLMs in the design process.
• Must be located within EU time zones.
