What you will do

• Own design delivery across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to final implementation.
• Translate complex business and user problems into clear, user-centered design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritize, and define project outcomes.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to the design system to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Participate in usability testing, user feedback loops, and data-driven experimentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and execution.
• Experience working on complex platforms with multiple dependencies.
• Confidence working in cross-functional squads.
• Ability to rationalize design decisions using data and research insights.
• Must be based in Europe to support remote/hybrid work models.
