Staff Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Europe or one of the hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich, or Zurich. The role allows working from anywhere in the world for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead design for AI-native Sessions product surfaces, including conversational avatar experiences, employee learning interactions, and surveys at scale.
• Own major AI-native product bets end-to-end, from problem framing through shipment and iteration.
• Set the design vision for the Sessions surface and influence adjacent product areas for consistency.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define principles, quality standards, success metrics, and product direction.
• Prototype and test novel agentic and conversational interaction models, deciding when high-fidelity design is needed.
• Raise the bar for interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces, ideally including AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products with meaningful autonomous system action.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with a track record of shipping work that measurably improves the product experience.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces and turn unclear requirements into clear direction.
• Systems thinking and understanding of how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape UX possibilities.
• Excellent communication skills in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience designing workflows centered on trust, transparency, and user control for AI-driven outputs.
• Experience tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces and shaping products from early-stage bets through execution.
• Ability to use user and customer feedback, including feedback from enterprise users with high requirements for quality, compliance, and scale.
