What you will do

  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calls, cold emails, and social touches to generate new pipeline.
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists, research accounts, and identify key decision-makers.
  • Represent hirify.global to prospects at the start of their research journey.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
  • Act as a product specialist on hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in cold calling, outbound sales motions, or pipeline generation.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting targets.
  • Strong hunter mindset with resilience and ability to keep prospecting when results are not immediate.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional accountability while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer empathy and genuine curiosity about prospects’ needs.
