What you will do
- Design and build enterprise systems based on APIs and distributed transaction patterns.
- Analyze complex distributed systems to propose and execute modernization paths that maximize business value.
- Implement Service-Oriented and Microservice-based architecture patterns within distributed systems.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex technical matters clearly.
- Manage telecom-specific logic including CDR processing, roaming data handling, and taxation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Domain expertise in AMDOCS (preferably SAMSON) and Oracle Tuxedo.
- Practical experience with legacy distributed transaction technologies such as CORBA and XA.
- Proficiency in SOAP, REST, GraphQL, and API Management tools like Mulesoft or Oracle service bus.
- In-depth knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and Document standards.
Nice to have
- Experience modernizing enterprise-level billing systems with complex third-party integrations.
- Practical experience with Java, Springboot, and relational databases like Oracle.
- Knowledge of container-based operations and networking in cloud or on-prem environments.
