What you will do

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that address specific customer technical and business needs.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support during product evaluations to ensure customer success.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify and design optimal solution approaches for sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and working sessions with prospects.
• Gather and relay critical customer feedback and enhancement requests to internal Product Management teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer engagements and technical requirements within CRM systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Texas
• Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud, or databases.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales technical role with a software vendor.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical recommendations.

• Prior experience as a SaaS Solutions Engineer.
