What you will do

• Review and implement project goals in collaboration with project, field, and MEP managers.
• Oversee project controls and manage the overall project management system.
• Document project meetings, client presentations, and decisions to ensure clear communication of deliverables.
• Administer critical construction processes including Submittals, RFIs, and Closeout Procedures.
• Assist field managers with daily reports, inspections, and punch list items.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to enhance partnership success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
• Must be based in Paterson, NJ to work onsite at client sites.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the project management field.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 Certificate.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
• Experience with Kahua or Procore.
