What you will do
- Lead multiple concurrent leasing and due diligence workstreams from initiation through execution.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk trackers.
- Coordinate end-to-end due diligence activities for leased data center opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, construction, legal, real estate, and operations teams.
- Partner with lease negotiators and legal teams to track deliverables and contract execution.
- Maintain dashboards and present program updates and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience with commercial real estate, data center infrastructure, or large capital projects.
- Experience coordinating lease negotiations or technical due diligence activities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
