What you will do

• Manage full construction program lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Prepare detailed fixed-price estimates and quantity take-offs using RS Means or other line-item tools.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate proposals from vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with superintendents.
• Identify and grow business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ guidelines, OSHA, and USACE standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
• Proficiency in RS Means or similar unit price estimating tools.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (Employment verified via E-Verify).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (desired).
