What you will do

• Act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects including airport facilities, maintenance shops, and fueling systems.
• Oversee programming, design development, permitting, and procurement to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local building codes, ADA requirements, and safety regulations.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S. and Canada.
