What you will do

• Support planning and execution of data center fit-outs, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades (power, cooling, racks, cabling).
• Lead the coordination of project schedules, site meetings, and vendor walkthroughs to align logistics with timelines.
• Own the tracking of milestones and action items, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change logs, and commissioning records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractor and vendor coordination to ensure technical requirements are met on-site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination within construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to active data center sites.
• Flexibility for extended hours or weekend support during critical project milestones.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within data center or critical facilities construction.
• Familiarity with essential power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH, PDUs).
• Knowledge of commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), or project turnover processes.
• CAPM, PMP, or relevant construction-related certifications.
