Salary: $99,000 – $145,000

What you will do
- Support planning and execution of data center fit-outs, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades (power, cooling, racks, cabling).
- Lead the coordination of project schedules, site meetings, and vendor walkthroughs to align logistics with timelines.
- Own the tracking of milestones and action items, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change logs, and commissioning records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractor and vendor coordination to ensure technical requirements are met on-site.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination within construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to active data center sites.
- Flexibility for extended hours or weekend support during critical project milestones.
Nice to have
- Previous experience within data center or critical facilities construction.
- Familiarity with essential power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH, PDUs).
- Knowledge of commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), or project turnover processes.
- CAPM, PMP, or relevant construction-related certifications.
