What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on payments, treasury, liquidity management, and working capital products for corporate customers.
• Develop product pipelines, requirements, user stories, and strategic roadmaps for treasury platforms.
• Interpret emerging regulatory trends (ISO, OCC, FED) to develop compliance strategies and internal policies.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements and lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Enable client delivery using project management best practices and the Scaled Agile Framework.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Payments within Tier 1 banks or FinTech.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Deep domain expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and transaction banking infrastructure.
• Comprehensive understanding of US payment regulations and the full payments ecosystem.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior executives.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Leader within Financial Services or Payments.
• Proficiency with Scaled Agile Framework and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ADO.
• Master's degree (MBA) or relevant certifications like CTP, CACM, CFTEA, or CTM.
