What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of expansion partnerships end-to-end, focusing on the payroll vendor ecosystem.
• Lead vendor selection processes, including evaluating RFPs and recommending best-fit partners.
• Structure and lead negotiations, evaluating deal economics and balancing commercial outcomes.
• Serve as the internal expert on the payroll vendor ecosystem and maintain the knowledge base.
• Proactively identify and respond to partner incidents, integration issues, and escalations.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions across product, legal, finance, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant banking/payroll operations and strategic partnerships experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of leading deals end-to-end, including contract negotiation.
• Experience managing or working closely with lending management system providers.
• Strong product sense and interest in financial infrastructure.
• Ability to interface effectively with engineering and compliance teams on complex systems.
