What you will do

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of next-generation billing and core financial systems.
• Deliver AI/ML-enabled capabilities including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automated reconciliation.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to design scalable architectures for financial workflows.
• Translate operational needs into clear product strategies and prioritize high-impact transformation goals.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery using agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and UX to ensure alignment on the product vision.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in financial systems, ERP platforms, or revenue lifecycle management.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products and operationalizing models at scale.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and enterprise billing processes.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments with a bias toward experimentation and iteration.
