Salary: $210,000 - $300,000 (NYC) / $180,000 - $275,000 CAD (Toronto)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for the private markets platform, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
• Translate intricate private market workflows into crisp product specifications and intuitive software features.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with leadership to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct deep user research and shadowing to synthesize feedback into actionable product insights.
• Identify and integrate AI and automation opportunities to make complex workflows smarter and more reliable.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify market gaps and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Deep domain expertise in private markets (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, or Real Assets).
• Strong understanding of private asset structures, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Proven track record of launching B2B products that drive measurable business results.
• Exceptional communication skills for writing one-pagers and presenting to senior executives.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in New York or Toronto.
